INGREDIENTS:
· 4 Tbsp olive oil
· 1 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
· salt and pepper to taste
· 1 lb / 455 g asparagus
· 1½ cups / 340 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C.
2. Coat a baking pan with 1 Tbsp of the olive oil. Lay asparagus stalks on the pan.
3. In a bowl, mix 3 Tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle mixture onto asparagus stalks.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Remove pan from oven and add mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and becomes golden. Enjoy!
