INGREDIENTS:
· 1 cup / 225 g cream cheese
· ½ cup / 120 mL basil pesto
· ½ cup / 120 mL heavy cream
· 1 lb / 453 g Italian ground sausage
· 1 cup / 224 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
2. In a bowl, put cream cheese, basil pesto and heavy cream. Mix until well combined.
3. Spray or coat a baking dish with oil. Evenly line bottom of pan with sausage. Scoop cream mix on top of sausage and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Enjoy!
